Terms of Agreement
  Welcome to WEA Trust's online enrollment, a fast and easy way to apply for WEA Trust group coverage offered through your employer.

To enroll online, you must agree to the terms below. If you agree, then check the I Agree box and select Begin Enrollment to start.

  1. ID and Password
    You will need:

    • Your Employer ID Number
    • Your Employer Password

    Contact your employer if you don’t have these.

  2. Hardware and Software Requirements for online enrollment

    • Computer with an Internet connection (high-speed is preferred).
    • Browser supporting 128-bit encryption.*
    • Printer or ability to save online enrollment documentation.

    If for any reason you are not able to store or print your completed enrollment form, contact Eligibility Services at (800) 279-4000. You will be mailed a paper copy free of charge.

    * To maintain the security and confidentiality of the information you send over the Internet, we use high-level encryption technology called “128-bit encryption.” Your Web browser is likely to support that level of encryption unless you have outdated software. For example, Internet Explorer 5.5 and above, Mozilla FireFox 1.0 and above and Netscape 4.75 and above, all support high-level encryption. If your browser does not support 128-bit encryption please visit the Web site that provides upgrades to your browser software.

  3. Customer Service
    If you have any questions or concerns about the online enrollment application process, please contact Eligibility Services at (800) 279-4000.

  4. Withdrawal of Electronic Consent
    Your consent to enroll electronically is limited to the WEA insurance plan(s) designated during enrollment. You may withdraw your electronic consent at any time during the Enrollment process by selecting the Exit button. To withdraw electronic consent after enrolling, contact Eligibility Services at (800) 279-4000. This will remove your online consent from future interactions.

    If you prefer to enroll using a paper form, contact Eligibility Services at (800) 279-4000. You will be mailed a paper copy of the enrollment form at no charge.

  5. Electronic Signature
    Checking the I Agree box is your legal signature for purposes of electronic online enrollment. If you agree to the above terms, check the I Agree box and select Begin Enrollment.
